How to use a Multiselect field as a Workflow Condition?

I have a multi-select field and I need to set a workflow condition that is dependent on the value. The workflow state will only trigger if the value is A and/or B. Currently I have a formula of {custbody_invoice_multi_types.id}='6' but I need to add my other result which is '8'. I can not use the visual builder because it does not support multi-select fields. I have tried = '6','8' and get an invalid expression.
