Adding Analytics Portlet to the Dashboard

I can't figure out what permissions I need to enable the analytics portlet on the dashboard for a custom role. It is available for some roles, but I need it specifically for this custom role. This custom role is part of the Project Center. The role does have the SuiteAnalytics Workbook permission under the Reports subtab, but the portlet still isn't available to be added to the dashboard. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
