How to import States / Provinces / Countries?

Good morning,
I have to set up several NetSuite accounts.
Yet I couldn't find a way to automatically import States / Provinces / Countries, and it takes really MUCH time to do that every time.

I also tried to copy from an account to another one through a bundle, but still no chance.

Is it possible to do that? In which way?
Even through Web Services would be better than manually, but also there I coundn't find any function to add such data.
