Defect-Inactive forms available via role permissions
I stumbled across something this evening, and was rather surprised-it explains my issue, but makes no sense to me at all.
There are two places to set availability of forms. One is one the form itself-at least I assumed this was the case with the 'inactive' field on the form. The second place is on the roles, forms tab.
However, I found that if I inactivate the form on the form itself, it can still be used. While the inactive form does not display on the role forms tab as being allowed, it is. In order to disallow it, it must be reactivated and disallowed on every role under the forms tab.
