Which Permission Allows Save As for Saved Search

In the Administrator role, I have been able to access an existing saved search and save it as a a new saved search. This is helpful when creating multiple saved searches that are only slightly different. In a custom role that I have created (that has been given full permissions to mimic the Administrator role), I have the ability to customize (and therefore "save as") default NetSuite saved searches, but for any custom saved search there is only a saved option and no "save as". How can I get the "save as" option to appear?
