Can you search for customers 'near' a certain location?

Hello,

Is there a way to search for customers near a certain location? For example, if we are going to a trade show and want our customers in and around that city to know about it, what is the best way to search for them so that we can notify them via email?

What I'm looking for is something like find all customers within 100 miles of a certain city or zip code.
