Exporting Transaction files for Historical Data Needs

I need a way to export the history from Netsuite from our clone.  Due to some issues within our implementation, we required a "restart."  Our first attempt was so disasterous that we had our information cloned (to save our transaction history) and mass deleted more than 20k transactions to clean everything out and begin again.
We have retained our clone for historical views and back up documentation needed by our accounting department.  Short of saving more than 10k transactions in pdf form, is there a way to retain this history?
