How to enable Workforce in NSPB?

We are implementing NSPB including Workforce module.


We installed these Bundles:
168463 - NSPB Sync
461048 - Planning and Budgeting Sync Foundation

And these Suiteapps:

NSPB Sync SuiteApp
NSPB-SuitePeople Sync SuiteApp

We created the NSPB application and enabled the NSPB feature as per the documentation.
Now the question is: How to enable Workforce in NSPB?
