Item Search
We had a Netsuite routine maintance last night. My item search in the sales order entry is not working. I get the popup box but cannot enter any data. In the sales order entry form, I use the item search for looking up product item numbers. This item search is found in the item entry box by clicking the arrow and choosing search. The popup search box has where I can choose to search in multiple way - item, desctiption, vendor etc. even entry quantities and add to the sales order by cliciking the add multiple items button.
