Customer Status Automatically Changes
Hi there,
We're experiencing an issue with customer statuses changing based on old opportunities. For instance, a particular record may have been a former customer, but their status was changed back to a prospect because sales is re-working them. NetSuite will then change the status back to customer-closed won, only because there is an old opportunity in there for closed-won. And the change is noted in the system notes under the administrator name (which is me).
Does NetSuite not allow you to re-open a former customer record by changing the status? That is the only think I can think of, since we have no workflows or scripts that do this.
