main heading "transactions" missing from navigation menu ??

Anyone know where to look under settings in netsuite if for a role assigned to a user the "transactions" heading is missing from the main nav bar? We switched accountants and I assigned the exact same roles to the new accountant and POOF the "transactions" heading is missing.

Can't figure this out for the life of me.

Searched NetSuite help files for custom navigation etc.. but no luck there.

This is fairly urgent.
