Permission Type in saved search report

I am trying to create a saved search report but am not able to find any report type where I can get the column Permission Type (Transactions, Report, List, Setup). I have created a "Role" type report and added Name (Role) , permission and level columns but I need to add a category column as well giving information about the permission type (Transactions, Report, List, Setup). Is there a way to get permission type as well?
