I was super excited when I read through my NSPOS materials several months ago and saw digital receipts are an option. I played around with the Advanced PDF/HTML Template and got it to where I am mostly satisfied. I have faced one challenge which neither ACS nor the NSPOS support team can help with - I cannot get serial numbers to print on the digital receipt.

We are not using serialization, so our serial numbers are just custom text fields. Unlike some other comments, these pass through to ERP with no problem, and they print on the paper receipts, so I feel like they have to be available to the digital receipts as well.
