How to add SAML Single Sign-on permission to a role in Employee Center type

Hi NetSuite Gurus,

I want to add SAML Single Sign-on to an Employee Center role but I could not see how to add the permissions. The permissions list is fixed as below:

Please let me know if this role type cannot be added the standard permissions.
