goods can not commit to orders

happens today on some orders. Goods in stock, sometimes the whole order can not commit anything. Sometimes part of the lines can not commit goods.
We have to check every order. I have to copy that order, generate a new one, save this order. Deleter the one can not commit goods.
What's happening??
