create transfer order based on sales order quantities

Hi Team,

I was wondering if possible to create a transfer order based on sales order quantity location (when this is 0). I guess this would be possible only with scripting.

Example:

Sales order created on X location with no quantites on hand

Then create a transfer order to transfer quantities from Y location to X
