Billing Operations feature not working

There are no records submitted to (and generated from) scheduled Billing Operations. This has been going on for a few weeks now, and NetSuite Support isn't able to give us a fix. The Bill Sales Orders process seems to work, but we wanted to completely automate this.

Is anyone else facing this problem with scheduled Billing Operations?
