Sales by Rep report including payment discounts

We are trying to run a sales by rep report that shows the rep's net sales AFTER deducting discounts for prompt payment.  Currently, the discounts show up in the report, but are not assigned to any particular rep.  Does anyone know how to get the system to include these amounts in the subtotal of the rep responsible for that customer?
