How to Remove Secondary Account Information

I did a CSV import of bank account information for employees to the Bank Entity Details section. However, I realized I made a mistake with my import and had to re-import all the information. Now every employee has both a Primary and Secondary account listed under Bank Entity Details. The Secondary information is incorrect and I would like to know if I can remove this information via Mass Update or CSV Import?
