Is there a way to be logged into two NS accounts simultaneously?

I have two NS Small business accounts (for two completely different companies) and currently I am only able to be logged into one at a time.  This is annoying for me since I jump back and forth a few times a day (as does one of our managers).  My work around is to put my laptop on my desk to supplement my desktop, but since I'm going to bump up to just 2 lcd monitors on my desk, I'd prefer to not do that anymore (plus it's already annoying).
