Increased SSS_CONNECTION_TIME_OUT errors

Hi there

A variety of different scripts, connecting to different third-party servers, are receiving excessive SSS_CONNECTION_TIME_OUT errors.

The errors are not caused by the third-party servers being down as it is happening across all the different services we connect to.

Unfortunately I do not have a precise date as to when this first started as I expected it to resolve itself within a day or two however it's now been approximately 2-4 weeks.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
