Is Audit trail log on Reports available NSAW?

Hi,

I am looking for a audit trail on NSAW. Say, i create a report, i add a column, i created metric, and i saved, Do we have these steps logged anywhere ? Do we have any specific subject area or audit feature that can tell us the trace of events ?
