Was doing some enhancement voting and came across the following with 42 votes... "Employee Available Filter on footer of Saved Search is restricted to [ All, Unassigned, Mine, My Team, Mine and Unassigned, My Team and Unassigned] -- please list individual employees as well."

To do this, create a custom entity field against the employee record that is calculated and equal to the employee name.

Then select the calculated custom employee field as the filter in your saved search (instead of the standard employee name field).

Filter will then offer list of employee names - instead of the [ All, Unassigned, Mine, My Team, Mine and Unassigned, My Team and Unassigned] options available if you use the standard employee name field as the search filter.
