Deleted Record in NetSuite | NSAW Visualization

Greetings Community, I would like to know if there is any traceability of Deleted Records in NetSuite that can be traced/viewed in NSAW?

Please let us know if there are any specific tables (for ex System Notes) that can be hit to find out the same.
