Continuous Password Reset Messages
Good Day,
My employee has reset her password and can log into NetSuite.
The next morning when my employee attempts to log in again, she is prompted to reset her password. This loop has happened continuously for (4) four days.
As an administrator, I reset her password; I thought perhaps this would override the issue. No, it has not.
Does anyone have any idea how to stop the continuous requests to reset her password email and process? This costs 15 ++ minutes each morning.
An update: as of today, the system is asking my employee to set up her security questions, which I can assure everyone she had done initially at go live. Please see the 2nd attachment.
