Create one dedicated elimination subsidiary per subsidiary

I would like to have reports showing debits for Company A and credits for Company B instead of viewing all of them together in the same elimination subsidiary, I know the best practice is assign one elimination subsidiary per level, but I was wondering if it would be a problem to have one dedicated elimination subsidiary per subsidiary? Is there any other workaround on reports to show only debits for Company A and only credits for Company B (maybe using Subsidiary filters)?
