Foreign Exchange on Transfer between Banks.

When I transfer money between my Cdn and USD bank accounts, there is an issue with the exchange. When I run my Balance Sheet after with a column to show Foreign Currency, it shows the amount of the exchange from the transfer in this column beside the CDN bank account. This should not happen? On all other CDN accounts, the foreign currency column shows the same CDN dollar amount as the Base Currency Account, which is CDN.

We are following the instructions in the NetSuite Help to do the transfer so I am thinking this might be a setup issue?
