Sublist Saved Search Filters

I am creating a sublist to display backlog data and need to apply three filters in the saved search. The goal is to include projects where the customer is either a bidder, engineer, or end user. However, the sublist is only considering the first filter and not picking up records that meet any of the other conditions. How can I ensure that the sublist includes projects that match any of these three criteria?
