Custom Segments - What are they? And where is the defaulting?
Hi all, I have custom segments set up not by me but our implementation team years ago, so this is all out of my knowledge and would really appreciate some guidance.
Firstly, what are Custom Segments? Is this a SuiteApp, Feature or Bundle?
Then there's the main issue I'm having. Typically when creating a Sales Order, the Sales Segment is filled with the value sourced from the Sales Segment on a customer record.
Example customer with Sales Segment of House:
However, we are setting up suitecommerce and when creating an order from the webstore it keeps overwriting the Sales Segment during the creation of the Sales Order to WEB from what the value should be.
