Shortcut to quote missing on lead/prospect/customer

Hello all,

On the upper right above the menu bar I have these options:

But when I'm on the lead record, quote is totally missing

If I click on Personalize, it's not even there (see below)

I checked the permissions for the role - quote is there and set to Edit

What am I missing?
