Auto generated GL transactions

Hi,

Could a rule be set in Match Bank Data to create a Journal Entry automatically when transactions matching the criteria are entered?

As an example, I have a lot of recurring payment fees in the same amount. Can I automate the creation of a journal entry and matching each time this fee appears in the Match Bank Data page?

Suite Answer # 95127 describes a page called Auto-Create GL Transaction Rule, but I cannot locate it in my environment (I'm an admin, so it's not a permission issue). How do I turn it on? Will I need to purchase an additional module? Does that only apply to the US?
