Tax item mapping on Customer record via webservices with avalara tax engine

Hello NS community,

Recently i came across a roadblock which took me forever and finally i did find a solution via a workflow written on NS, but i wanted to check if anyone was successfull in achieving the below.

Issue: The Tax item isnt being mapped on an customer record, when it is being pushed via webservices

  • Tried the field id from UI
  • Tried the id present in avalara help center
  • Tried opening the bundle and finding the field id, tried em all, still wasn't able to

Designed a workflow with conditions and got it to work,,,, but i am really curious how/if anyone was able to navigate this issue
