New Customer 360 Dashboard.....

Our users are keen to look at AI features in NetSuite.

I've asked some of them to start experimenting with the new Customer 360 dashboard to find out how useful the Intelligent Recommendations might be.

The feedback I'm getting is that they are seeing this error (or similar) more often than they are getting to see the new dashboard:

Is this caused by limitations / restrictions on the AI usage in NetSuite, or something else?

Is this a Support issue, or just an issue with a new feature?
