Using AI in NSAW - what can we do with the results?

I've watched a recent demo of NSAW and some of its AI features. These could be very useful - a way for users to get information using natural language queries.

However, what can we do with this? If we can use NSAW to identify customers that we need to contact, or send emails to - is there a way to get this list of customers back into NetSuite to use them? Can we create a 'Group' in NetSuite from NSAW results?

At worst, can we click through from the NSAW results to get back into the main NetSuite UI?
