Make custom record linked to Customer record available in standard NSAW transaction subject areas
We have a custom record populated with information about our customers from another of our systems, and we have a custom field on the standard Customer record that is of List/Record type that links to the custom record. We need some of the information in the custom record to be available in the standard subject areas (e.g. NetSuite - Customer Invoice, NetSuite - Sales Order, …). I've taken similar steps used to successfully get custom records referenced on transactions themselves into the subject area, but that approach is not working for this custom record. Am I doing
