NSAW Performance Benchmarks & Health Check

Our NSAW has never been fast, but lately it's been noticeably slower to load reports, even after limiting the transaction time frames in summary level reporting.

We have our 10 user slots filled and we have about 800k transaction lines per year over the past few years.

We have reports summarizing sales that are maybe 7/10 on the complexity scale, summarizing just 1-2 years of sales data across ~ 500 products, that can take several minutes to load. Sometimes attempting to export to Excel will time out.

I don't really have any frame of reference to know if this is good, bad, or par for the course.
