How to Restrict Employees to Access Only Specific Locations in NetSuite (Multiple Allowed Location)
We have multiple inventory locations in our NetSuite account — for example, one main warehouse and several showroom locations such as Showroom Display and Showroom Demo.
We would like to restrict users (e.g., showroom inventory staff) so that they can only create or update transactions (like item receipts, fulfillments) using specific showroom-related locations. They should not be able to select the Main Warehouse location in any transaction.
However, we still want them to be able to select the Main Warehouse when creating a Transfer Order Request, since goods are transferred from the main warehouse to the showroom.
What is the best way to configure this type of location restriction in NetSuite?
