Right of Use Property Lease

Hello,

I have setup a Right of Use property lease and created the journal entry. I can see where the journal enty is in the balance sheet. The next step in the process should be asset proposal. However my lease is showing transaction attached.

I tried to setup an asset proposal but it is not linking to the lease I created.

What am I doing wrong?
