Workflow > Customer Address TIN to Transaction TIN
Hello Team,
We can add multiple addresses to a single customer, but we cannot assign a separate VAT/TIN to each address. As such, we created a custom field on the Address form called “Address TIN.”
When creating a transaction for this customer, the TIN field on the transaction should automatically populate with the Address TIN based on the address selected.
However, in the Workflow Action Set Field Value, the TIN field does not appear in the dropdown list.
Please advise. Thank you!
