Unable to install bundle (537940) - Requires acceptance to Terms (TOS) but there is no accept button

Trying to install 537940 (3-Way Match). Will not install without accepting the terms, however the terms when clicked on in SB environment does not have an accept button.

I cannot install in production, I don't have access to bundle Metadata (administrator), it isn't located in SuiteApp Marketplace, I cannot refresh SB3 as there is development(s) in SB3 that have not been moved to Prod yet.
