Assistance on OAUTH2.0 Client Credentials Authorization Flow

After Following the instructions at , I have been having issues connecting to NetSuite with my php code. So far as I can tell, everything has been done correctly, however I am still receiving an "invalid request" error.

I have included a repository with my code along with the generated debug log. If anyone has any ideas what I am doing wrong I would really appreciate the help.
