Anyone know how to fix receiving an error when trying to access suiteanswers?
I keep getting the ambiguous standard error when trying to access suiteanswers … then when clicking "here" receive the same exact error. I sure long for the day of this error never appearing and we receive a specific error that can help us resolve without having to contact someone else.

Where are the assembly build preferences?
Hi According to SuiteAnswers 7671 (https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7671/loc/en_US) , there should be assembly build preferences under the Order management subtab However, I cannot see any of these preferences in any of the accounts I am looking at. Is this suiteanswer outdated?

I've checked status.netsuite.com and don't see this reported but I think there is an issue with SuiteAnswers. It is not returning any search results. (I can search Help but not SuiteAnswers) I have logged out and back in with same results. Has anyone else noticed?

Suiteanswers not accessible to demo accounts
Hi Is Suiteanswers access being removed from demo accounts? I am able to navigate to this though cannot access the information in it (i.e no search results)

Find SuiteAnswer by id in SuiteAnswers 2.0
In the new SuiteAnswers FAQ it states that I can find an answer using the answer ID. I cannot find a way of doing this. This is (was) very useful when helping my colleagues as I can respond with "See SuiteAnswer XXX" and they get straight to the appropriate page.
