Subscription line was terminated but the revenue plan didn't zero out
Hi, Subscription line item was terminated effective on 01/10/2025 in the UI on 25/09/2025 2:01 pm. The Revenue Plan did not zero out - so we have had to mark it as completed. Why would this happen? Please advise. Thank you,

receiving an error "Reference ID can only contain letters and numbers and may not contain spaces." after the revenue arrangement update is complete. We checked the external id and reference id, they do not have space. Is anyone familiar with this error?
