We have an item that is not eligible for a specific sales tax in a certain jurisdiction. How do I make it so that this item still triggers sales tax in all other jurisdictions but does not trigger this one specific sales tax?

How to make non-taxable Subscription using Avalara?
Hi team, I have a customer that works with subscription and one of their customers is a reseller. For that reason one of the line items on their invoice needs to be non-taxable so they need to create a new subscription item that is non-taxable. They are using Avalara. Can you please guide me on how this should be done?

Multiple Shipping Routes
Hi, In order to enable the Multiple Shipping Routes feature the " Per-Line Taxes on Transactions" box needs to be checked as well, As a company we do not charge taxes can I still use Multiple Shipping Routes feature ? Thanks K
