How can I automatically configure locations for all my newly created inventory items? I am not able to configure any parameters on an item, until I manually add each location.

I see that when you export items, it uses multiple rows. (when multiple categories are assigned) How does one do a CSV import items with multiple categories? (or update) Is it somehow multiple rows, or same id, or sequence? Any example would be great! Thanks!
