Why would back orders no show up on item "Assembly" page under "Quantity back order" colunm?
I have assembly 43600020. This item has 1qty sold on SO555 and qty 2 sold on SO675, to the same customer. On the "assembly" detail page under "purchasing/inventory"it shows 0 On hand, 0 committed, 0 available, "1 ON BACK ORDER". Ship Back Ordered items complete
Can you set an order that was partially shipped to ship the back ordered items complete? Initial order has 10 lines and 50% of items can ship today After the initial order ships, can you set the balance of the SO to ship complete? Thanks

Most backordered items in the past year
Hello, we are trying to optimize our minimum stock levels so that we don't have as many items backordered. Our backorders mostly appear on our Work Orders. It would be nice if we knew how often a certain item showed up on the Backorder Inventory report. Then we can look at the top "offenders" and readjust.

Hi, We have a situation where we have 2 items on a sales order. One is backordered and one is in stock. Is it possible to mark the SO to be shipped together ? Is it possible to force the item that's iN stock to go on backorder ( the customer doesn't want the item we have in stock) Thanks !!!
