Can you change the costing method on a serialized item from average to specific, w/qty on-hand?
During our initial setup, we inserted average as the costing method on our serialized items. When the item has zero quantity, on occasion, the dollars amount will not be zero; therefore, by changing the costing method on these serialized items, I think the problem will be eliminated.
