Problem with the Invoice PDF printing

Formating PDF/HTML Template second page
I am trying to fix the formatting on the second page of an invoice. I looked at the code and adjusted the padding, footer but it does not. The first page is ok but the second page is off. This is the second page. The full address needs to show. I would like to push down the Item.
