Can NS Administrator login thru Okta SSO?
My client's implementation team (PS) told them that they cannot login as NS Administrator under Okta SSO. Is this true? I could not find any article that says it is indeed a limit. Please confirm.
SAML SSO: How to Redirect SSO-Only Users when logging in directly to NetSuite?
Is there a setting within NetSuite where users attempting to log into NetSuite directly are redirected back to our Okta site? Would I need to make this redirect update within Okta instead? Thanks.
Okta SSO - Administrator role
Hello, I have configured the SSO method for all the roles in Netsuite to log in via OKTA but when I try to access as an Administrator (role) it does not appear on the list of roles assigned to me. I checked and the Admin role has the correct permissions to enable the SSO method. Why is is not appearing on the list?
