Add variable to Sales Order / Invoice memo field
Is it possible to add a variable field to the Sales Order / Invoice Memo field? We create Sales Orders that cover monthly billing for an annual support contract. Each month, when we create the Next Bill, we have to update the Memo field to reflect the current month. Is there a way to add a variable for the ${month} ${year}?
Editing Custom Forms
Where do we find a list or documentation of the variables that we can use in custom forms? For example: In the custom form, you can place ${record.shipaddress} in the XML code that will display the Shipping Address. Where can I find what the other variables are, such as custom inputs of an item?
